Client Portal
Our Client Portal allows registered clients to submit shipment information and track shipment status, including automated email notifications on status changes. Clients are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of information entered into the portal. GCX is not liable for delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information, and reserves the right to suspend portal access for misuse.
Freight Services
Use of this website and Client Portal does not itself constitute a contract for freight services. All shipments arranged by GCX are governed by separate bills of lading, air waybills, and service agreements, which take precedence over these Terms for matters relating to the shipment itself.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or portal. Nothing here limits GCX's liability as a freight forwarder or Indirect Air Carrier under applicable law or governing service agreements.
